Create Subnets

1. CIDR Block: CIDR block for the subnet
2. OPTIONAL:
   1. VPC Id: The id of the vpc where the subnet needs to be created. Picks the default vpc by default.
   2. Name:
   3. Subnet Type: Private (default) or public
   4. Route Table Name: Name of the route table that will be connected to the subnet

EXAMPLE:

Create a subnet with cidr 10.0.1.0/24 in vpc-1299796wdkjhassd3.
